This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use this website or buy from our shop, how we use it, and your rights. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information you give us. When you place an order, create an account, or contact us, we collect details such as your name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (if provided), and the details of your order.

Payment information. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. Your full card details are entered directly with Stripe — we never see or store your card number.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server records standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type. We use functional cookies that are necessary for your shopping cart and checkout to work.

How we use your information

  • To process, fulfil and deliver your orders
  • To send you order confirmations, receipts and shipping updates
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support
  • To manage your account, if you create one
  • To meet our legal, tax and record-keeping obligations

Cookies

We use only the functional cookies needed to run the site — for example, to remember the items in your cart and to keep you logged in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (except where we’re required to keep it for legal reasons).
