Products & pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD). Enable Women Africa Ltd is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is added to your order. We do our best to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you’ve ordered, we’ll let you know and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel.
Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or withdraw a product at any time.
Orders & payment
Payment is processed securely at checkout. We do not store your full card details. Your order is an offer to buy, which we accept once payment is confirmed and you receive an order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is out of stock or payment cannot be verified — in which case we’ll refund any amount charged.
Shipping & exchanges
Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy, and exchanges by our Refund & Returns Policy. Please read both, as they form part of these terms.

Proceeds from the shop help fund Enable Women Africa’s work Inspiring Hair Freedom and supporting Black and multicultural women and girls to embrace their natural hair with pride without stigma. Thank you for being part of it.

Liability & governing law
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the products you purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
